Payment Processing Times

Orders typically take 1-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  Please allow for your order to be processed and shipped before receiving your tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking number or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we will resolve it! 

 

Unexpected Delays

In some rare instances, a delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated on the item's product page. Please contact us if your package has not arrived after the allotted time and we will work with you to resolve your situation.

Returns
Our 100% money-back guarantee is valid 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to process a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is missing or arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, you are eligible to a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item(s) back to the address on the shipping label. To start the return process, contact our support team using the email address returns@cartsanity.com. You will receive a new shipping label for your package with our return address via email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may sometimes take up to 14 days to return to its source.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at returns@cartsanity.com to resolve your issue.

Shipping
If a return is necessary, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for items returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact our support team to start the return process and receive the shipping label for your package.
